HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Logistics Manager to work at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in Dayton, OH.

This position will apply knowledge and experience in acquisition logistics policies and procedures to training systems and Information Technology (IT) procurement activities including pre- and post-award project/program management tasks, and acquisition programs throughout their life cycles. Provide products and services in execution of the logistics management support mission. Work with Contractor Logistics (CLS) providers on contracts to define and codify support strategies that enable life cycle savings through the implementation of common applications and processes. Address Product Support Elements including: sustaining/system engineering; design interface; supply support; maintenance planning and management; facilities; technical data management; computer resources; and protection of critical information.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Support program teams in planning installation of trainer modifications to enhance Air Force training system enterprise cybersecurity posture.

  • Review and comment RFP documentation regarding product support elements including Performance Work Statements, System Requirements Documents, Instructions to Offerors, Evaluation Criteria, and Contract Data Requirements Lists.

  • Generate and review logistics support documentation including Product Support Plans, Business Case Analyses, Site Activation Plans, and status reports/briefings. Participate in integrated logistics support management team meetings, Program Management Reviews, and other related meetings.

  • Advise on proposal evaluations for source selections and Engineering/Contract Change Proposals (ECP/CCP).

  • Plan and conduct site surveys for equipment installations.

  • Lead Asset Visibility and Tracking of program assets and Government Furnished Property (GFP). Ensure compliance with Financial Improvement and Audit Readiness (FIAR) and conducts reporting requirements.

  • Review contractor-generated plans and documentation including support plans, tech data, engineering data, and Service Level Agreements.

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Eight (8) years of experience in acquisition logistics management.

  • Experience working in AFLCMC aircraft or major subsystem program offices.

  • Experience in maintenance planning, supply support, site activation, GFP, FIAR compliance, and CLS programs.


  • Dept of Defense/USAF experience

  • Experience with training system sustainment activities.

  • Experience with information systems including networking and general purpose processing equipment.

  • Familiarity with Risk Management Framework and Supply Chain Risk Management.
