DCGS-SOF Lead Security Engineer

Camber Corporation (a Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) company) Distributed Common Ground Surface System - Special Operations Forces (DCGS-SOF) Team is seeking highly motivated applicants for the DCGS-SOF Lead Security Engineer position in support of the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) in Tampa, Florida. The DCGS-SOF Team will focus on improving operational performance while delivering integrated capability to the warfighter.

Requirements:

  • The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • Current active DoD Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance is required with ability to obtain/maintain higher level clearance

  • Bachelor degree in an IT-related field with minimum of 12 years of IT experience

  • A master’s degree with ten years’ experience may be considered in lieu of bachelor’s degree.

  • Minimum of 5 years specialized experience supporting Research, Development, Test and Evaluation (RDT&E) for cross-domain solutions

  • Knowledge and experience with Defense Intelligence Information Enterprise (DI2E)

  • Knowledge and experience of the larger DCGS Enterprise

  • Demonstrated experience and leadership IBM, WebSphere and DataPower Integration appliances

Desired qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI with polygraph experience

Duties:

  • Apply knowledge of the application of Service Oriented Architectures (SOA); authentication technologies including Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), and Kerberos; Identity and Access Management (IdAM) using Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) and Attribute-Based Access Controls (ABAC) with policy-based access systems and components; and auditing methods and policy requirements

  • Serve as the Subject Matter Experts (SME) on development and integration of standards-based cross-domain and cross-functional middleware solutions focused on, but not limited to IBM, WebSphere and DataPower Integration appliances

  • Provide expertise to rapidly assess requirements and provide architecting, developing, delivering, maintaining, and troubleshooting technically advanced end-to-end solutions and systems. Provides visionary and strategic analysis of the potential applicability and suitability of a wide array of new and emerging technologies
