HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Warehouse Management Assistance at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. These statements are not intended to be an exhaustive list of all duties and responsibilities required of all personnel within this position. Actual duties and responsibilities may vary depending upon assignments and other factors.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support receipt, store, and inventory of assets for the AOR, (e.g., CWDE, IPE, and uniforms) IAW Materiel Management Air Force instructions, manuals, directives, and publications.

  • Assist in receiving all incoming property into the ES-S System and all CWDE and IPE into MICAS.

  • Assist turn-in of expired/condemned items to the Defense Reutilization Marketing Office (DRMO) and Defense Accountability Reutilization and Disposal (DARD) Program and transport property to Fort Jackson Army Base (Columbia, SC) when required.

  • Support preparing, packaging, and transporting property to 20 LRS (Shaw AFB SC) TMO for shipment to the AOR.

  • Perform peacetime operating stock (POS), CWPE, IPE equipment inventories.

  • Alternate Vehicle Control Officer assisting in performing daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle inspections for maintaining forklifts and trucks assigned to USAFCENT/A4RS.

  • Ensure the proper storage and authorized handling of controlled materiel in accordance with applicable Materiel Management Air Force instructions, manuals, directives, and publications.

  • Accomplish general warehousing requirements in accordance with applicable Materiel Management Air Force instructions, manuals, directives, and publications.

  • Establish and manage shelf-life assets in accordance with applicable materiel management Air Force instructions, manuals, directives, and publications.

  • Serve as alternate building custodian with the ability to call in work orders to the 20th Civil Engineering squadron for one administration building and six warehouses.

  • USAFCENT vehicle trainer and government driver’s license certifier. Develop and maintain the USAFCENT vehicle training program operating instructions.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of five years’ warehouse, ES-S, MICAS, and Electronic Turn in Document System experience.

  • Minimum of two years’ experience utilizing Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Minimum of one years’ experience with forklift operations and able to handle 40 pound package without mechanical assistance. .


  • US Citizenship required

  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

  • Candidate must possess TS/SCI Clearance

  • All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.
