HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Deployment Plans Support/Force Management at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide advice and high-level analytical assistance to support USAFCENT deployment planning.
Provide expertise in all aspects of Time Phased Force Deployment Data (TPFDD) support for USAFCENT during contingency and steady-state operations to include execution and exercise planning.
Deputy Office of Functional Area Manager Oversight (OFAMO) managing all assigned USAFCENT FAMs have access to appropriate systems and are trained to perform FAM duties in their respective areas.
Provide assistance to all USAFCENT FAMs ensuring requirements are effectively identified in the JOPES and DCAPES databases using Force Requirements Enhanced Database (FRED) and Joint Capabilities Requirements Manager (JCRM) applications to ensure requirements are ordered in the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP).
Assist in coordinating the flow of personnel and cargo to destinations throughout the USCENTCOM AOR to include other supporting areas using the Single Mobility System (SMS) application.
Provide advice for the daily coordination and validation of requirements within the TPFDD to meet the needs of USAFCENT and supporting units to include assisting in the analysis and management of manpower and personnel support of USAFCENT’s IA and JET programs.
Assist in the reception, analysis, coordination, and processing of IA and JET requests for Air Force support to other Services’ contingency requirements.
Coordinate with AFPC to provide expertise and oversight in the maintenance, updates, and analytical database of requirements in JOPES/DCAPES.
Facilitate the build of joint requirements and input into appropriate databases when required by USAFCENT operations. Report status of Air Force requirements attached to Air Force elements in support of joint organizations.
Provide expertise for developing the Deployment Requirements Manning Document (DRMD).
Process requirement change requests (i.e. Authorized Change Requests (ACR) and Change Requests (CR)) following USAFCENT procedures. Provide analysis of requirements and monitor status in JOPES/DCAPES.
Review and recommend improvements for current and future training and exercise plans, Air Force instructions, and joint publications.
Facilitate and assist in the effective deployment of response forces to meet emergent contingencies utilizing the RFF process.
Provide assistance to HQ FAMs to define requirements in the USAF deployment system. Process requirement CRs following USAFCENT procedures.
Analyze and assist in the building of contingency requirements and monitor status in databases (JOPES/DCAPES) based on current operations.
Manage the Force Management’s daily TMT system operations. Provide resident expertise in all TMT matters.
Assist Directorates and Special Staff with composition, staffing, and distribution of USAFCENT message traffic (fragmentary order (FRAGO), RFF, deployment order (DEPORD), redeployment order (REDEPORD), operation order (OPORD) and general administration (GENADMIN)) as required.
Monitor Branch compliance to message development, staffing, and distribution procedures.
Assist and provide guidance for the Global Force Management (GFM) functions of attached USAFCENT forces across the USCENTCOM AOR. 126.96.36.199 Assist deployed units in crafting GFM products for emerging and recurring requirements. Interface with USAF Commands, Higher Headquarters Air Force, and USCENTCOM to ensure USAFCENT equities are implemented into the GFMAP.
Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum of one years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e-mail systems or the equivalent.
Minimum of three years’ experience working with Component Command or NAF level or higher operating procedures.
Minimum of three years’ experience with JCRM applications and JOPES and DCAPES databases.
Minimum of two years’ experience of GFM process and procedures.
