HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Current Operation Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manages Current Operations division daily TMT workflow, official USAFCENT message traffic, and electronics archives manager.

  • Performs as Division SME for TMT.

  • Provides administrative oversight of GFM products.

  • Provides operational knowledge and use of FRED and JCRM GFM tool sets.

  • Responsible for QC and submission of USFCENT database CRs.

  • Accepts, evaluates, and disseminates all HHQ taskings. Coordinates task extensions, cancellations, rejections, reassignments, and suspenses. QCs and standardizes timely task responses.

  • Coordinates TMT system outages and new user accounts; provides new user division level training.

  • USAFCENT SME for message distribution process. Provides administrative reviews, tracking, distribution, and archiving all of USAFCENT official message traffic (FRAGO, RFF, DEPORD, REDEPORD, OPORD, and GENADMIN).

  • Coordinate the distribution of official message traffic with the USAFCENT COC and uploads all final messaging products to the Commander’s SharePoint Dashboard.

  • Manages division messaging files and library. Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of one years’ experience in the use of Microsoft Office applications/e-mail systems or the equivalent.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience working with tasker management system at a component staff or higher.

  • Minimum of one years’ experience with DCAPES.

  • Minimum of three years’ experience in a staff organization working with GFM functions and databases. .

  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

  • Candidate must possess Secret Clearance
