HII-Camber is currently seeking a qualified person to fill the role of Combat Logistics Planning and War Reserve Materiel (WRM) Management Support at Shaw, AFB, SC . This position is contingent upon contract award.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide advice and high-level analytical assistance supporting the following tasks for USAFCENT/A4 combat logistics planning and program management.

  • Assist in the strategic life-cycle planning analysis and program management of WRM resources and contingency base support planning.

  • Conduct WRM requirements analysis to support Operational Plans (OPLAN) objectives.

  • Perform inventory analysis of Basic Expeditionary Airfield Resources (BEAR) and WRM Unit Type Codes (UTCs) to ensure assets are on-hand and positioned to support OPLAN objectives.

  • Manage Aerospace Expeditionary Force Reporting Tool (ART), Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS), and Base Support and Expeditionary (BAS & E) site planning programs for the WRM Program Manager.

  • Manage the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) framework to submit reports and update the Air Force Input Tool (AF-IT) and electronic Status of Resources and Training System (eSORTS) programs for the WRM Manager.

  • Provide advice for deployment planning and coordination, sustainment planning and coordination, base support planning, and storage site coordination and inspection.

  • Analyze WRM inventories and positioning to accurately report capability to support Mission Essential Tasks (METs) for joint taskings.

  • Manage orientation/training of newly assigned DET-6 personnel. Ensure DET-6 personnel are properly vetted through the A4 Directorate prior to departing for Contracting Officer Representative (COR) training at ACC/Acquisition Management and Integration Center (AMIC).

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of four years’ experience in the logistics plans field with warfighting HQ staff experience.

  • Possess two years’ experience administering the USAF ART, SORTS, and DRRS reporting process.

  • One year experience with BEAR and WRM UTC’s and their utilization as it relates to determining contingency requirements strongly desired


  • US Citizenship required

  • Must have and maintain a valid U.S. passport

  • Candidate must possess Secret Clearance
