HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Training Systems Specialist to work out of their San Diego, CA office.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for maintaining an accurate status of ships training/combat systems and shore training sites during Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) events through the use of Chat, VoIP conferences, and required spreadsheets/charts
Conduct training data verification with both ship and shore training sites
Provide technical liaison (support when required) to shipboard personnel and TTGP assigned representatives in conducting fault isolation of shipboard training systems
Assist with development of various technical documents (technical plans, system drawings, operational checks) depicting how exercise participants connect within the training architecture
Attend technical level meetings, training briefs and after-action meetings
Create after-action and periodic progress reports
Periodic independent CONUS and OCONUS travel required
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of US Navy Surface ship combat systems and embedded training systems, such as BFTT, ACTS, BEWT, TSSS, and SQQ89 OBT/TCW/SAST
2 years plus work experience in combat systems technical operations with onboard training devices
IAT Level II certification (Security+CE or GSEC or SSCP or CCNA-Security or GICSP)
Must have the ability to physically access a variety of work sites, including naval vessels under various stages of maintenance, requiring the use of stairs or inclined ladders, and may involve limited kneeling, stooping and standing
Must have an active Secret security clearance for consideration
