HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Messaging & Content Creation Manager to work at the Air Force Agency for Modeling and Simulation (AFAMS) in Orlando, FL.

Develop and coordinate a Strategic Communications Marketing effort targeted towards specific current and emerging Modeling and Simulation (M&S) stakeholders based upon their views and attitudes. The preparation of a strategic communications plan aligned with a coordinated message will help to shape stakeholder engagements to maximize brand awareness and penetration, promote top-of-mind awareness, produce an environment that will create a willingness to recommend and maximize return on investment of organizational resources.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Assist AFAMS in developing, maintaining and executing Strategic Communications and marketing strategies for Air Force M&S to include targeted stakeholder engagements to align with the AFAMS organizational construct.

  • Provide research and support to enhance and accelerate M&S transformation through targeted Stakeholder engagements

  • Research best practices and latest trends on how best to engage the field to promote brand awareness, top-of-mind awareness, and willingness to recommend attitudes

  • Assist in planning, developing, and coordinating AF M&S displays and participate in M&S trade shows, conventions and conferences. Support will include displaying materials; facilitating M&S system presentations and demonstrations; how M&S can assist the AF in achieving operational readiness; and setting up and dismantling equipment used. Provide communications expertise in describing and relaying AFAMS missions to public representatives, senior leaders, and Congressional staffers.

  • Support AFAMS in developing relationships with DoD, Industry, Academia, Joint and other services.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required-

  • Demonstrate an understanding of Strategic Communications and the employment of personnel into the field to convey a message from a strategic standpoint to stakeholders.

  • Technical, operational, and functional expertise in the areas of military operations, AF, & joint training.

  • Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and expertise in latest Strategic Communications and Marketing strategies.

Preferred-

  • Knowledge of developing Strategic Communications strategic guidance to meet specified organizational goals and objectives

  • Knowledge of AF, other Service, Joint and Coalition Training systems and M&S model application.
