HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Technical Deputy Program Manager to work in Seaside, CA. The individual selected for this position will oversee daily operations for multiple research, evaluation, and analytic projects within contract requirements. Communicate and coordinate with Program manager, internal and external customers, and other partners on matters pertaining to project activities.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

  • Be daily liaison between PM and on-site customer

  • Provide leadership to on-site project team and coordinate with remote personnel

  • Ensure communication and cooperation among team members

  • Maintain close communication with the customer throughout the project life-cycle

  • Interface with customers and subcontractors to ensure customer satisfaction

  • Monitor and manage ongoing customer activity while resolving customer issues

  • Assure adherence to project schedule and deliverable quality

  • Identify opportunities for additional work scope and follow-on prospects

Qualifications and Experience:


  • Master’s degree and 5 years project management experience, preferably with the Department of Defense (DoD), or a Federal contractor

  • Able to achieve Project Management Certification (PMP) by August 31, 2018

  • Demonstrated knowledge of project management tools and procedures

  • Solid leadership and management skills

  • Excellent customer interface skills

  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams in project-based environments

  • Excellent problem-solving skills

  • Excellent presentation skills

  • Proficiency with MS Office


  • Master’s degree in, Business Administration, Human Resources, Information Technology I/O Psychology, or Education and 7 years project management experience, preferably with the Department of Defense (DoD), or a Federal contractor

  • Understanding of military selection and career placement process

  • Experience working in the assessment industry
