Center for Civil-Military Relations (CCMR) Project Manager
Preparing and tracking budget projections and execution analysis.
Track budgeted, forecasted and actual budget costs.
Monitor and report contract value and funding status.
Review and track employee expense and travel reports for budgetary projection purposes.
Identify contract risks as part of the Program Risk Analysis Process.
Submit employment requisitions, review resumes, interview employee candidates make hiring recommendations to include starting salaries and coordinate employee deployment to forward locations.
Serve as the single point of contact for contract and employee issues and coordinate with the appropriate corporate staff element to resolve issues.
Prepare contract overview briefings.
Ensure compliance with corporate internal controls and policies as well as regulatory guidelines.
Provide support for contract start-up activities, such as preparing and hosting kick-off meetings and developing accompanying materials.
Oversee property management and security.
Employee must be able to coordinate with multiple customers (Military, Department of the Army Civilian, Commercial and Foreign National).
Exhibits technical and operational proficiency in financial aspects of contract management.
Position requires the ability to work outside of normal business hours to support employees in multiple time zones (Europe, South West Asia and North East Asia) on a 24/7 basis.
Exercise judgment within generally defined practices and policies when developing courses of action to resolve tasks.
Serve in advisory role for resolving financial complications and problems.
Normally receives no instruction on routine work and general instructions on new assignments.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Must be able to support multiple contract types with multiple compensation packages and work schedules.
Responsible for maintaining and securing employee sensitive information.
Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office Applications.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Ability to prioritize workload and possess excellent organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task in a busy office environment
Attention to detail and organized work habits.
Requires a Bachelor’s or an Associates plus 2-3 years of associated work experience.
Experience supporting the following Combatant Commands: EUCOM, PACOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM and CENTCOM.
Recent experience (within the past 10 years) deploying personnel to the EUCOM, PACOM, AFRICOM, SOUTHCOM and CENTCOM areas of responsibility.
