HII-MIS is currently seeking a Training Assessments Analyst onsite to work out of the SOUTHCOM office in Miami, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):

Training Assessments Analyst will serve as the lead for Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS) training assessments and CE2T2 performance measure assessments.

Specific tasks include: Monthly JTIMS assessments updates and JTIMS user group coordination; monthly CE2T2 assessments workgroup and quarterly and annual report development to OSD; support to warfighter readiness and training as required; and wargaming support.

Requirements

  • Successful candidate will have knowledge and experience supporting the Department of Defense, and be familiar with military, Service, and joint operations.

  • Candidate must be proficient in MS Office and have excellent written and oral communication.

  • Direct experience at the Joint Staff and/or a Geographic Combatant Command (GCC) or previous direct assignment to USSOUTHCOM desired.

  • Familiarization of policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of exercises and training.

  • The candidate shall have a working knowledge of strategic operations, training scenario development, and organizational operating procedures as well as familiarity with policies, plans, and procedures defined in reference documents.

  • Candidate may be required to travel; travel will be reimbursed in accordance with the Joint Travel Regulations (JTR).

  • 10 years of experience with Bachelors Degree.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret/SCI security clearance is required.

  • The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • Must have an active TS DoD Clearance
