HII-Camber is currently seeking a highly qualified CBRN Medical Countermeasures (MC) PNC Analyst to work out of our Orlando, FL office in support of US Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities: CBRN MC Analyst serves as the SME for the Medical Countermeasures Technical Working Group and will develop policy recommendations, provide expert advice, and conduct policy analysis on MC matters in support of senior leader decision making as well as subject matter expertise to Partner Nations of MC actions related to WMD threat assessment, incident response, hazardous materials, laboratory, public health, emergency management, and related policy and/or program work. The SME provide recommendations to Partner Nations concerning MC plans and policies as well as the sequence and timing of key MC planning events, milestones, and methods of evaluating the effectiveness of planning actions for all bilateral and multilateral exercises.

Additionally, the SME will:

  • MC technical advice and technical support to Partner Nations to develop a response strategy to enhance MC in support of MC defense and coordinate, synchronize, and direct technical expertise in support of HQ USCENTCOM CWMD MC Program

  • In conjunction with the other CDP functional area leads, the contractor will identify measurable objectives and milestones and develop functional area action plan and individual work plans annually

  • Provide technical support to the establishment and application of MC defense measures; provide technical advice regarding the MC equipment and operations; perform vulnerability analysis in the areas of detection, individual and collective protection, decontamination, and analytical instrumentation and provide MC sensitive site assessment/exploitation

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate providing CBRN-Passive Defense Analysis should possess expertise in CBRN Medical Countermeasures.


  • Extensive knowledge of the USCENTCOM Area of Responsibility (AOR) and applicable AOR CWMD campaign and contingency plans


All candidates will be subject to a pre-employment background investigation and drug screening per HII requirements.

  • The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI .This position has regular and recurring access to TOP SECRET/SCI information (routine access and updates to the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
