HII-Camber is currently seeking a highly qualified individual to serve as a Building Partner Capacity Coordinator/Senior Plans Analyst to work out of our Orlando, FL office in support of US Central Command, MacDill AFB, FL.

Duties and Responsibilities: The Building Partner Capacity Coordinator/Senior Plans Analyst shall provide technical support to plan, organize, and determine necessary policies, regulations, directives, programs, doctrine and procedures for the establishment and maintenance of major command programs as well as participate in the development of overall joint system concepts, designs and technical approaches to meet broadly stated requirements and objectives. This analyst may serve as the lead or assistant planner for bilateral and multilateral CWMD activities to enhance the U.S. / partners' CWMD defensive capabilities.

Qualifications and Experience: The candidate providing Building Partner Capacity Coordinator/Senior Plans Analysis should possess a basic understanding of Defense Security Cooperation roles and responsibilities


  • 3-5 years of experience interfacing with other Combatant Commands, the Joint Staff, OSD, DTRA, DoS, State Partnership Programs (SPP), the Department of Energy (DOE), the Department of Homeland Security (DHS)


  • Experience working with the various regional Offices of Military Cooperation and Country Desk Officers of a Combatant Command (USCENTCOM preferred)

  • Must have an Active TS/SCI .This position has regular and recurring access to TOP SECRET/SCI information (routine access and updates to the Global Theater Security Cooperation Management Information System (G-TSCMIS)
