HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Cyber Computer Information Systems Journeyman to work out of Air Combat Command Headquarters, Joint Base Langley-Eustis, in Hampton, Virginia.
The Cyber Computer Information Systems Journeyman will provide Policy and Governance Support to the ACC Staff as part of the Cyberspace Superiority Bridge Force for the operational transition of the cyberspace superiority core function and lead command role from Air Force Space Command (AFSPC) to Air Combat Command (ACC).
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of cyberspace operations instructions, technical orders, policy and guidance, Air Force Instructions (AFIs), and tactical manuals
Support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) policy, management of cyberspace deployments, and Global Force Management (GFM) activities and taskings
Support the development, review, preparation, and coordination of Authority/Approval to Operate/Connect (ATO/ATC) requests to applicable Air Force (AF) systems for Commander ACC (COMACC)
Support and execute ACC Critical Asset Risk Management process
Assist ACC Program Managers (PMs), Program Element Mangers (PEMs), and POCs with registration and compliance issues for information technology (IT) systems listed in the Enterprise Information Technology Data Repository (EITDR)
Assist with the administration of Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA) compliance reporting
Support and perform Air Force Enterprise Security Control Assessor (SCA) and Authorizing Official Designated Representative (AODR) duties in support of COMACC
Assist with the functions of Chief Information Security Officer
Support the Inspector General staff, specifically using the Inspector General Evaluation Management System (IGEM) to conduct program analysis (2 of 12 Core FTEs)
Qualifications and Experience:
Knowledge of United States Government (USG) cyberspace training principles, directives, methodologies, and approaches used in developing, managing, and conducting cyberspace policy and guidance
Minimum of one (1) year experience developing USG or corporate policy and governance
Ability to perform tasks as outlined in Duties and Responsibilities above
Ability to communicate effectively through written and verbal skills and must be able to communicate with external organizations, agencies, and entities to gain additional documentation or program knowledge
Ability to use MS Office and gain proficiency in the use of enterprise information sharing web applications (e.g. SharePoint, Task Management Tool (TMT), and Management Internal Control Toolset (MICT), if required)
Ability to build, manage, maintain, and update information systems to include but not limited to Microsoft Outlook, and SharePoint site, as well as build and maintain office continuity repositories, schedule conferences, develop meeting agendas and travel plans, coordinate office telecoms, briefings, conference development, and special projects, as required
Ability to perform administrative functions to create, distribute, use, and dispose of official/classified media while accomplishing, maintaining, adhering, and performing records management functions
Prior Joint/HAF/MAJCOM/COCOM staff action officer (AO) experience with experience in Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) or Global Force Management (GFM)
Prior military, civil service and/or contractor experience on the AFSPACE, 24thAir Force, Headquarters, Air Force or ACC Headquarters Staff
Five (5) years of experience in the cyber career field
One (1) year experience as a DoD Information Security Officer or corporate IT Systems management
Completion of Cyber Awareness Challenge Course for the Intelligence Community
DoD 8570.01 IAM-II certification
DoD 8570.01 IAT-II certification
Prior USAF RMF experience
US Citizenship required
The selected applicant will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information
Must possess and maintain a US Government security clearance at the Top Secret level and be Secure Compartmented Information (SCI) eligible
