HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Standards and Evaluations (Stan/Eval) Data Entry Specialist to support the U-2 Intelligence, Surveillance, Reconnaissance (ISR) Mission Planning Cell (MPC) support program and work out of Beale Air Force Base, California with possible travel to other continental United States (CONUS) and overseas (OCONUS) locations as directed by the 99thReconnaissance Squadron Commander (99 RS/CC).
The Stan/Eval Data Entry Specialist shall provide analytical, advisory, management, technical and functional support to accomplish all assigned tasks and subtasks. The Stan/Eval Data Entry Specialist shall act as a liaison from their assigned squadron (CLN 3 or 4) to provide direct assistance to the 9th Operations Group Standardization and Evaluation (‘Stan/Eval’) staff in the administration of all programs governed by appropriate regulations in support of 9th Reconnaissance Wing U-2 and T-38 operations.
Duties and Responsibilities (to include but not be limited to the following):
Ensure all electronic technical data, regulations, and instructions are current on all electronic systems and physical storage locations.
Provide analytical, advisory, and technical support to 99 RS/CC and 99 RS/DO.
Identify, communicate, and resolve/recommend solutions to known program and/or technical deficiencies.
Attend meetings as directed by the 99 RS/CC and 99 RS/DO.
Maintain NIPR accounts throughout the contract Period of Performance. Maintain SIPR accounts only at the direction of the Squadron Commander.
Provide input to Squadron Commander relating to accomplishments and challenges in performance of all required tasks/subtasks.
Maintain strict adherence to all published instructions, guidance, and regulations.
Security Management: Comply with and enforce National, Department of Defense (DoD), and Air Force security policies and directives, including: (1) both verbal and written reporting procedures; (2) deterrence, detection, isolation, containment, and recovery from information system and network security intrusions.
Subtasks—Stan/Eval Data Entry Specialist Specific:
Maintain all Flight Evaluation Folders for U-2 and T-38 Aircrew.
Maintain and update the 9 OG/OGV Stan Eval SharePoint site, as required.
Maintain and update locally developed Microsoft Office Suite-based computer database programs.
Use Microsoft Office Suite and government provided databases to meet the evolving requirements of the Stan/Eval staff.Assist in maintaining the 9th Operations Group Stan/Eval web site, as required.
Act as 9OG/OGV U-2 and T-38 Technical Manual account manager. Responsible for control and distribution of all U-2 and T-38 flight operations manuals and regulations. Responsible for posting and updating the U-2 and T-38 Flight Crew Information File (‘FCIF’) library IAW governing Air Force Instructions.
Act as the Squadron primary point of contact for U-2 and T-38 publications and FCIF library standardization issues.
Assist in maintaining the updating of the 9 OGV SharePoint and EPEX Program.
Administer Stan/Eval tests.
Assist in furthering U-2 Research & Development Laboratory initiatives
Qualifications and Experience:
General Required Qualifications-
Be a U.S. citizen.
Maintain a current passport throughout the Period of Performance for this TO.
Obtain all entry/exit visas for countries as required for work performance.
Pass a standard physical examination that includes, at a minimum: medical history, height, weight, blood pressure, HIV antibody, and chest x-ray.
Be physically capable of performing tasks outlined in Duties and Responsibilities Section above.
Have all required immunizations prior to OCONUS travel.
Comply with all security requirements as outlined the contract Statement of Work (SOW).
Be wiling and able to work in a demanding, high-stress environment.
Specific Required Qualifications-
Administrative, record management, or program support experience.
Proficiency in Typing and Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to enter data quickly and accurately. Must be able to follow established guidelines, meeting quality and quantity standards.
Must demonstrate good decision making and planning skills and be detail oriented.
Willingness to adapt to a variety of changes.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Organized with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask as required.
Ability to work individually and on a team.
Experience properly handling Personally Identifying Information.
Strong organizational skills
Previous Stan/Eval experience in the DoD or USAF.
Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint and basic web design.
Proficiency with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or similar program.
Prior experience supporting DoD operational flying units.
US Citizenship required
