Requirements:

- US citizenship.
- Currently hold or have ability to obtain Secret clearance.
- Speak, read and write English fluently.
- Able to work extended hours, nights, weekends, and holidays if required.
- Able to work under stressful circumstances and meet short suspenses.
- BA/BS required; industry-recognized certification or advanced degree highly desirable
- Minimum 5 years demonstrated experience as a Project Manager leading large and complex CBRNE equipment warehouse initiatives, following a structured warehouse lifecycle methodology.
- Understanding of COTS, CBRNE, and First Responder concepts and sustainment requirements.
- PMP certification strongly preferred.
- Proficient with Microsoft Project and the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel and SharePoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills an absolute must.
- Able to organize, coordinate, and direct end users and cross-functional project teams.
- Solid analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Duties:

- Project management, including control of facility, equipment, and property. Understand customer requirements for information, features, and functions and communicate them to warehouse staff.

Duties include work on a wide range of logistics functions, including warehouse and distribution operations, forecasting, planning, logistics information systems, inventory, storage, customer service, and purchasing. Project manager includes overseeing a diverse staff of employees. Supervises material handling specialists, warehouse specialists and inventory personnel.

Oversee configuration management and continuous technology refreshments. Manage a help desk to assist customers with troubleshooting equipment and supply requests.

Develop and manage project documentation deliverables, including project plans, business requirements and project design documentation, resource plans, and implementation plans, as appropriate based on project assignments.
