Camber Corporation Office 365 Pro Plus Engineer - 15801 in Washington, District Of Columbia


HII has the immediate opening for an Office 365 Pro Plus Engineer . We need professional problem solvers with exceptional customer service skills to join our Client's Office 365 Deployment team based in DC. We are looking for energetic, articulate, upbeat people who have the drive, creativity and commitment to assist our client deploy Office 365 Pro Plus, Skype for Business, OneDrive and Outlook. This is a customer-facing position that will require travel throughout the United States for the next 18 months (for up to 80-100% of the time) . Will also be required to train in DC for 6-8 weeks prior to beginning travel. Strong customer service skills are a must .

Education & Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree and 6 years of IT Experience are required.

  • 2 - 4 years of experience with Office 365 administration and migrations

  • Experience deploying Office 365 (and technical details) and drive consistency in customers’ experience with moving to Office 365 .

  • Exceptional customer support and communication skills

  • Experience with Office 365 deployment and migration

  • Ability to solve problems quickly, develop workflow and processes for operation team, and automate processes

  • Assist with developing appropriate support model

  • Perform service administration and account maintenance

  • Act as the primary contact for service escalations and troubleshooting of issues

  • Resolve client connectivity, client software distribution, and mobile installation issues

  • Analyze Office 365 service reports, auditing log, and third party service reports

  • Provide 2nd and 3rd level support

  • Expert skills in managing and administering Office 365 (Office 365 ProPlus, user provisioning / de-provisioning, permissions, access, etc.)

  • Knowledge and experience troubleshooting of these platforms: Active Directory, DNS, SharePoint, Skype for Business, Powershell, SMTP, SSL/TLS

  • Broad knowledge of key end-user scenarios and technical architecture for Office 365, Office 365 ProPlus, Exchange, SharePoint, Skype for Business, and other Office 365 products

Preferred Experience:

  • Use Microsoft Office 365 support tools: RCA, MOSDAL, TRIPP

  • Write and maintain custom PowerShell scripts to remediate any open issues to support users

  • Create service requests as needed for Microsoft Premier Support

  • Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) Office 365.

  • Prior experience with Lotus Notes and/or Lotus Notes to Exchange Migrations.
