Description
Requirements: IT Experience must include everything from help desk support experience, to establishing and maintaining an office environment network, to uploading and downloading iPad-like devices that contain customer satisfaction surveys, to loading iPad-like entertainment devices with movies, music, etc. Customer service and customer interface experience is needed in order to satisfy a myriad of laptop, WiFi and other requirements as help is requested from customers receiving the services Veritas provides them. Familiarization with loading production software such as MSOffice's suite of applications and help designing and populating customer satisfaction related databases for use by QA experts. A Secret Security Clearance is required.
Job Duties:Serve, as the IT specialist in support of a highly complex and sensitive program. The IT specialist will perform all IT services needed to support a customer services program as well as support building and maintain state-of-the-art and telecommunications needs for the Veritas program support office. He/she will report directly to the PM or his chiefs forday to dayassignments which are technical, varied, and people/production oriented. Program support, QA support, Office IT support and direct support to Veritas' customers are all a part of the job duties.
