Job Title : Battle Lab Scenario Generation System Operator / Technical Integrator
Description : Seeking a highly motivated individual to function as an integral member of a technical / training team charged with providing training support to Afloat Training Group Pacific (ATGPAC) supporting U.S. Navy Fleet training. Must be a proven self-starter with an ability to interact effectively with military, government and industry personnel.
Assist with the design, creation, and execution of Unit level distributed training scenarios.
Develop new scenarios, timelines and supporting documentation.
Be prepared to provide training in JSAF and BFTT operations to team members and military personnel as required.
Attend technical and tactical level meetings, training and watchstander briefs and after-action meetings.
Create after-action and periodic progress reports.
Evaluate training experiences by collecting quantitative and qualitative input and feedback from training participants and exercise stakeholders, and manage follow-up to support continuous improvement.
Must be able to obtain/maintain a "Secret" security clearance. **The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information**
Education : Significant (4 years plus) work experience in combat systems technical operations.
Experience in naval operations or conducting training for naval warfare, or equivalent joint experience.
Experience in operating a Navy tactical training type of military system. (JSAF and BFTT operations desired)
Travel : Periodic independent CONUS and OCONUS travel may be required. Must have the ability to physically access a variety of work sites, including naval vessels under various stages of maintenance, requiring the use of stairs or inclined ladders, and may involve limited kneeling, stooping and standing.
