Camber Corporation Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Trainer - 15714 in San Antonio, Texas


Camber Corporation has an immediate opening for a Microsoft Outlook/Exchange Training Specialist. This position requires the ability to take concepts and procedures and develop cohesive eLearning materials for Microsoft Outlook and Exchange. The focus of this position is on content development and delivery in an eLearning environment. Limited travel may be required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Providing training materials on the administration of a Microsoft Outlook/Exchange enterprise environment

  • Communicate technical topics in written format and/or deliver to classes

  • Create and deliver technical web based classes with WebEx and virtual computers

  • Successfully work in a highly dynamic team environment

  • Deliver high quality technical content to users and executive level managers

  • Create technical training materials for local administrators using an instructional design model

Experience & Education:

  • Bachelor's degree (additional specialized education can substitute the degree requirement)

  • A minimum of nine (9) years of experience, with at least six (6) years specifically in a training development or relevant administrator role, with at least one (1) year training Microsoft Outlook/Exchange (versions 2013, 2016, or Office 365 required)

  • Complete understanding of both Outlook clients (desktop and OWA), administration and troubleshooting of Exchange online with the online Admin app

  • In-depth understanding the administration of user management roles and permissions

  • Understanding of the virtual computing environment
