Junior All-Source Analyst

The Junior All-Source Analyst will research and analyze foreign intelligence and security services' intent, resources, and capability to identify IC officers. He or she will identify risks and vulnerability of identity elements that can expose alias and cover affiliates before, during, and/or after CONOPs.

Required Qualifications:

  • The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

  • Active TS/SCI clearance with Full Scope polygraph

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited College or University, or a minimum of two (2) years of experience researching and/or working identity analysis within the IC, U.S. military, commercial industry, or other federal/state/local government agency

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience brokering targeting requirements within an IC agency

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience conducting name traces and/or performing targeting analysis

  • Minimum of one (1) year of experience writing and publishing finished intelligence products

  • limited knowledge and expertise with Sponsor operations

  • Working knowledge of streaming data feeds and how to perform analysis with them

  • Basic knowledge of SQL

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience with data visualization

  • Advanced knowledge of SQL

  • Experience performing social network analysis

  • Experience using Sponsor analysis tools and databases

  • Experience using link analysis software such as Analyst Notebook

  • Experience using GIS applications

  • Foreign language skills (i.e. Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Farsi, Pashto, Urdu, etc.)


  • Research identity management and tradecraft of foreign entities of intelligence interest

  • Examine and conduct research on foreign identity documentation

  • Develop and apply methodologies, models, and techniques to identify foreign identities of intelligence interest

  • Respond to requests for information and produce analytical reports as approved by the Sponsor

  • Collect, assess, and report on intelligence data of interest to the Sponsor

  • Prepare, coordinate, and disseminate a variety of raw and finished intelligence reporting, and operational traffic as approved by the Sponsor

  • Research, supplement, and/or corroborate analysis in support of the Sponsor's mission of persona analysis and identity verification.

  • Perform analysis-related training and knowledge transfer as requested by the Sponsor on analytic tools and techniques
