This position is within Camber's Assessment group, a component of the Software and Network Engineering business unit. The Assessment group is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high stakes tests and other tests used for personnel selection, classification, and proficiency. Our customers trust us to provide guidance at all phases to ensure a legally defensible test program that exemplifies industry standards.

The position is performed remotely. The individual selected for this position will serve as Programming/Analysis Support Staff and provide data support to the Analytics Team. Major duties/responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

*Provide programming and technical support for research projects that involve collecting computer-based testing data.

*Respond to ad-hoc data requests, and maintain a common reports library.

*Develop applications and job aids to assist Assessment Team with data analysis.

*Develop and/or maintain data dictionaries, and document data collection and reporting processes.

Qualifications

The following requirements must be met:

*Minimum of 5 years work experience in the area of computer programming, database management, or other analysis and computer support functions.

*Must be a US citizen with at minimum a National Agency Check & Inquiries (NACI) personnel background investigation.

*Fluid understanding of various database technologies, including Oracle and SQL Server.

*Relevant experience with Java, ASP.Net, and Microsoft SQL.

*Problem-solving skills with capability to think "outside the box."

*Good written and oral communication skills, interpersonal skills, and organizational skills. Able to maintain effective working relationships with a broad range of technical and scientific personnel and teams as well as client managers.

The following is desired, but not required:

*Advanced data mining and analysis, and generation of ad-hoc reports.

*Familiarity with SPSS, R, or other statistical applications.
