Description

Requirements: In-depth working knowledge and a minimum of 7+ years experience in managing quality assurance programs for multiple large and complex information technology-based networks, infrastructure, information systems, and applications in classified and unclassified domains. Certification in Quality Management is highly desired. An active Secret security clearance required. 
Job Duties:Be able to enhance the level and depth of quality of services offered while continuing to streamline and improve processes, procedures, and standardization of services. Prepare, submit, maintain, and support a Quality Plan. Establish and maintain a contract Quality Assurance Program that complies with Government Quality Assurance Program policy mandates(e.g., ISO 100005, Quality Management - Guidelines for Quality Plans). Plan, develop, and implement procedures and practices to ensure full and consistent compliance with IT contract requirements. Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services. Track, monitor, identify and resolvediscrepancies,discovered during system tests toincludeperformance, load, recovery, failover, and load balancing events. track, monitor, identify and resolvediscrepancies,discovered during training events. Report and document the same. Ensure contract quality assurance inspection and acceptanceactivitiesand services are carried out according to Government Quality Assurance Surveillance Plans (QASPs). Description

Requirements: Lead a team of engineers, administrators, and technicians in using and applying industry best practices, processes and techniques, associated with various software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Spiral) to provide Enterprise Services Management (ESM), Mobility Infrastructure Engineering, and No Service interruption (NSI) support. Job Duties: Maintain and mature the technical solutions in Exercise, Testing, Training, Prototype, Engineering, and Operational environments. Provide process support and prepare, submit, and maintain documents (e.g.,requirements, acquisition/purchasing, cost proposals, configuration management plans, topology and connectivity diagrams, scientific and technical reports, engineering plans, technology refresh plans, installation procedures,operation'smanuals, software design andversiondescriptions, interface specifications, test specifications/cases/recommendations, etc.). Establish and maintain a Contractor Configuration Management Program. Provide Product and Services Support. Requirements:
Camber is seeking Program Managers with in-depth knowledge of Operational SAP implementation, to include Technical and Managerial hands on system integration for Manufacturing processing, Routes, and BOMs. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of experience working in Logistics with depot LMP knowledge and Supply chain integration using SAP functionality. Must be capable of performing process evaluation, and suggesting improvements to Depot operations. Experience with the CECOM or AMCOM depots is also acceptable.
Job Duties:
The Program Manager will facilitate, monitor and support implementation of LMP with the Logistics Modernization Program Office and Program Management office. The candidates will develop "current state" status relative to LMP mission requirements, gap mitigation, and impact analysis. Recommend corrective actions and provide ad hoc training as required. Identify and improve operation flows, dependences and utilities to eliminate system operational errors. Identify Material Management improvements, inventory errors in LMP system and mitigate. Conduct Configuration control, Operational support, process improvements and metrics tracking, and measuring and reporting. Improve metrics and identify proper metric measurables. Record and identify all schedule misses for resolution via quarterly reviews.

Requirements:
Education and Experience – Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or Graduation from a military command and staff college plus 10 years of task related (training) experience (5 of which earned as O-4 or above) OR a combination of 15 years of military operational experience military operational experience (5 of which earned as O-5 or above). Job Duties:
On-site Joint Training System Specialist (JTSS) personnel provide detailed support on the policy, plans, procedures, actions, and milestones necessary for efficient conduct of joint training in accordance with CJCS reference documents. The primary function of the on-site JTSS is to provide expert advice on the four Phases of the CJCS Joint Training System: Requirements, Plans, Execution, and Assessment. The JTSS provides support to the organizational command/commander in the establishment, revision, and execution of a comprehensive, organization-wide Joint training program.
