Job Duties:
SGA Analyst will be responsible for researching, compiling, evaluating and integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of Counter IED Targeting. Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications. CT Analyst IV - SIGINT Community 

Senior SIGINT operations professional with proven management and leadership skills at top policy and execution levels. Should be a senior analyst/manager (20+ years) networked throughout the Community with experience mentoring customer working group leaders. Retired GS-15 or equivalent with 20+ years production experience including management at the division level or above.Excellent communicator, with strong writing, briefing, and speaking skills, familiar with agency and DoD unique aspects of the SIGINT culture. Requirements:

Professional experiences and training commensurate in Political Science, National Security Studies, Foreign Studies, or a related field and military experience or government business in Intelligence, Operations, or Signals related fields. Experience shall be in a tactical cryptologic environment.

Current TS/SCI with FS poly required

Provides the technical mission analysis and decision making support by successfully evaluating technical mission needs and communicating those needs back to those developing the system. Supports the development, integration and deployment of SIGINT capabilities to the end-user. Provides technical analysis and recommendations to Government, Military, and other Contractor personnel in cross-walking technologies between cryptologic organizations and programs in order to improve interoperability among the US Armed Forces, NSA/CSS, and Coalition Forces.
Supports Government personnel by contributing to the generation of technical studies, analyses, evaluations; conducting policy development; and making recommendations for decision-making, concept definition, and project management; investigating and making studies for the determination and clarification of warfighter requirements. Camber Corporation is seeking an experienced Global Network Analyst (GNA) with the proven ability to conduct network analysis, computer network development, and target discovery against high-priority criminal targets. Of primary interest are drug traffickers and their roles, networks, activities, areas of operation, modus operandi, and vulnerabilities. The individual will be able to effectively exploit Dialed Number Recognition (DNR), Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), and SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) data sources to discover and develop targets of interest to the mission.

The GNA will establish a thorough understanding of the target set's communication methods and of the telecommunications environment in which those communications reside and transit via collected data and collateral from the intelligence community, law enforcement, and open sources.
With knowledge of the team's needs and the existing collection posture, the individual will help to steer collection initiatives toward the end goal of growing new accesses. Collaboration with various- collectors and dataflow organizations is a must to maintain the quality and quantity of incoming intelligence. The GNA may be required to author Collection Requirements.

Experience in writing Technical Intelligence Reports is a plus.
A working knowledge of Spanish language is preferred.
The GNA will participate in intra- and interagency analytic exchanges, working group meetings, and VTCs when applicable; contribute to briefings or technical presentations; and share target knowledge with teammates.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE:
Required Skills:
The successful applicants will be a skilled Global Network Analyst with at least 4 years of experience in intelligence or related field. A working knowledge of Dialed Number Recognition (DNR), Digital Network Intelligence (DNI), and SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) data sources is required. Familiarity with Microsoft Word and other computer software is required.

Global Skills:
Excellent report writing; research, collaboration, and coordination skills are required. Individual must have the ability to work independently, as well as part of a team. Good interpersonal skills are critical. Excellent communication skills in English are required.
