Description

CT Analyst IV - SIGINT Community - 7579

Senior SIGINT operations professional with proven management and leadership skills at top policy and execution levels, networked throughout the Community. Retired GS-15 or equivalent with 30+ years production experience including management at the division level or above.Excellent communicator, with strong writing, briefing, and speaking skills, familiar with agency and DoD unique aspects of the SIGINT culture. Worked with and supervised military officers and enlisted personnel, shift workers, staff and operational personnel. Transnational experience - will have performed foreign release/disclosure of products and other documents for release to Commonwealth, NATO and other foreign entities.

Requirements:

Professional experiences and training commensurate in Political Science, National Security Studies, Foreign Studies, or a related field and military experience or government business in Intelligence, Operations, or Signals related fields. Experience shall be in a tactical cryptologic environment.

Current TS/SCI with FS poly required

Provides the technical mission analysis and decision making support by successfully evaluating technical mission needs and communicating those needs back to those developing the system. Supports the development, integration and deployment of SIGINT capabilities to the end-user. Provides technical analysis and recommendations to Government, Military, and other Contractor personnel in cross-walking technologies between cryptologic organizations and programs in order to improve interoperability among the US Armed Forces, NSA/CSS, and Coalition Forces. Supports Government personnel by contributing to the generation of technical studies, analyses, evaluations; conducting policy development; and making recommendations for decision-making, concept definition, and project management; investigating and making studies for the determination and clarification of warfighter requirements. Identifies mission integration and operations issues of existing and future technologies and techniques for the potential delivery of intelligence and electronic warfare tools to the military. Provides information for the Government use in developing, defining, and documenting operational, maintenance, and logistical concepts leading to the development of prototypes, proofs of concepts, modeling and simulations, system requirements, Concepts of Operations (CONOPs), and Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTPs). Operates, demonstrates, and trains current or prototype intelligence systems under test or in use in field or garrison locations. Recommends and identifies test plans and procedures, performs tests, and analyzes test results, reviews operational concepts and procedures. Makes recommendations to Government personnel in the coordination and conduct of planning, technical, and operational working group meetings and conferences, publication of operational and technical documentation, and production of reports and briefings. Conducts technical studies, analyses, and evaluations to improve organizational knowledge of doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, personnel, and facilities (DOTMLPF) status and gaps.
