Description
Requirements:
Call center experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Experience maintaining, uploading to, downloading from, and organizing social media sites such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, Flickr, etc. is preferred. Knowledge in analyzing web trends and the use of Facebook analytics. An understanding of different file types such as .wmv, .flv, .mov, .avi and .mp4 is helpful. May be required to work evenings and or weekends.
Candidates will be required to pass a NAC (National agency background check).
Job Duties:
Job requires phone operations and can communicate clearly and effectively with applicants while maintaining the highest level of professionalism.
Must have the ability to accurately provide information and answer questions in an easily understandable manner through verbal and text-based communication. Must know how to navigate the internet and be familiar with social media outlets such as Facebook, Twitter. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft office and Outlook.
