HII-TSD, Integrated Mission Solutions Group (Camber Corporation) is currently seeking a Recruiter to work out of their Fairfax, VA office.

The following statements of duties and responsibilities are intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by individuals assigned to this position. Duties and Responsibilities:

The applicant will work in a fast-paced, dynamic client driven environment supporting multiple lines of business. The individual will recruit for variety of skill sets in of the Company's portofolio of capabilities which we provide to our clients. Key areas of responsibility include full life cycle recruitment, managing effective relationships with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and fill openings in a timely manner. The recruiter will maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future consideration, screen candidate resumes, conduct employment pre-screening interviews, assist with salary analysis, provide proposal support and preparation of offer requests as well as follow through to acceptance and start. He/she will provide input on staffing reports, candidate sourcing and post positions on Internet sites. Additionally, the recruiter will partner and interface with hiring managers to create and review requisitions, source/prescreen candidates, may participate in interviews, develop competitive job offers and track candidates in the applicant tracking system. He/she will establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers and staff and will have demonstrated effective client management experience.

Qualifications and Experience:

Required-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or a related discipline or equivalent work experience

  • A minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience

  • An understanding of full life-cycle recruiting, from requirements analysis to hiring

  • Experience with Internet sourcing and posting, career fairs, and proficient with leveraging social media

  • Individual must be flexible and be able to multi-task and operate in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

  • The successful candidate will possess strong organizational, communication (both written and verbal) and networking skills, and will strive to provide valuable and timely customer service to line management and candidates alike

  • Must be able to interact effectively with all levels of candidates and management

  • General human resource knowledge and understanding of common staffing metrics and functions

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook)

  • Experience with an automated applicant tracking system (preferably Taleo)

  • Accurately evaluate candidates based on core competencies and cultural fit

  • Ability to build effective networks and relationships to maintain a strong pipeline of talent

  • Ability to manage the flow of employee referrals and candidates for respective openings and within the applicant tracking system

  • Experience handling a high volume of positions in a fast paced environment

  • Team player who works well with counterparts from various functions/ departments and has the ability to influence the work of counterparts

Preferred-

  • Experience with recruiting and sourcing of technical candidates
