Camber is seeking a highly motivated Engineer/Scientist with previous experience supporting DoD Aviation Depot Maintenance programs. As the Aerospace Engineer/Scientist you will provide engineering and logistics support for depot maintenance repair of Army, Naval, or Air Force aviation programs. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in preparing, reviewing, and supporting engineering maintenance actions for depot Maintenance-Repair and Overhaul programs.
Bachelor of Science in Aerospace, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering with 7 or more years’ experience in its related field.
Must have technical knowledge and experience reading and interpreting drawings, depot repair manuals, and technical data for repair development and design.
Demonstrate an ability to work independently; able to understand, anticipate, and act on the requirements of senior leaders.
Strong oral communication skills.
Competence in MS Office and related computer skills.
Strong ability to write detailed technical substantiation analysis, reports, and briefings.
Current Active DoD Security Clearance preferred, must be able to obtain and maintain a clearance.
The selected applicants will be subject to a security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
