HII-Camber is currently seeking a Joint Training Specialist to work out of the Colorado Springs, CO location.

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university or graduation from a military command and staff college plus 10 years of task related experience
OR a combination of 15 years of military operational experience and 5 years of task related experience.
Operational experience includes planning and executing combined and joint operations at the theater or component level, experience with the Joint Training System (JTS), experience with Joint Training Information Management System (JTIMS), knowledge of combat arms, all source intelligence analysis, logistics, civil-military operations, and United States Northern Command (USNORTHCOM) functional area responsibilities and task related experience.
Current Active Top Secret Clearance is required.
Develop and provide recommended Plan of Action and Milestones (POA&M) to improve combatant command individual and staff training programs. This POA&M shall identify recommendations for specific actions required by the combatant command to improve the organic joint training capability/team within the organization to include Individual and Staff Joint Training Implementation Plan development. Develop draft and final Individual and Staff Joint Training Concept of Operations which covers the organization chart and joint training facilitation concept for the combatant command's individual and staff indoctrination and sustainment training, collective staff training, and the methods through which this training will be documented/tracked on each combatant command individual member.
