Description
Requirements: willing to deploy and work at Charlottesville, VA
**A MINIMUM OF 4 MONTHS DEPLOYMENT WITHIN FIRST YEAR ON CONTRACT REQUIRED
• 8 years minimum of directly related experience with SIGINT and intelligence analysis
• Experience with SIGINT tools, techniques, and processes
• Experience with SIGINT Geospatial Analysis (SGA) and Geospatial Metadata Analysis (GMA)
• Experience with analysis and reporting
• Experience with SIG/DEV
• Experience with Supply Chain Analysis
• Experience with digital network analysis
• Knowledge of telecommunications networks
• Knowledge of collection systems
• Knowledge of social network analysis methodologies
• Previous use of ArcGIS, GoogleEarth, and RT-RG Tool Suite required.
• SGAs must be willing and able to deploy for a minimum of four (4) months up to one (1) year within one year of coming on the contract
**Strong writing/editing skills AND experience with CPE desired.
** Experience with serialized product reporting. Experience with "Follow the Money" a plus!
Must be amenable to shift work.
Must hold a current TS/SCI and polygraph clearance.
Desired: Graduate of Geo-Cell Boot Camp.
Job Duties:
SGA Analyst will be responsible for researching, compiling, evaluating and integrating Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) in support of Counter IED Targeting. Accesses SIGINT databases used in geo spatial analysis. Performs link-and-nodal analysis, data mining, and metadata analysis utilizing geo-spatial analytical techniques; presents SIGINT findings utilizing visualization applications. Responsible for analysis, and time-sensitive reporting. Assist in the preparation and presentation of intelligence briefings to DoD and other government agencies.
